Shannon moved her family to Bracebridge in 2010 to enjoy a better quality of life and hasn’t looked back since. Initially bringing her job with her and working from home as the Marketing Manager for a Toronto-based insurance group, she later took a position with a local magazine where she learned a great deal about the local business market and the demand for quality print and online marketing opportunities. Of particular interest to her was the real estate market, the needs and wants of home buyers/sellers and the services offered by real estate professionals. 

In March of 2017 she became fully licensed as a Sales Representative, and has enjoyed helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate industry across Muskoka. 

Shannon has worked in various industries and held many different positions, including roles overseas in different countries. She is fluent in American Sign Language and is well travelled, having toured extensively through the U.K., Europe and Africa as well as the U.S. 

Throughout her life she has always considered Muskoka ‘home’, thanks to cottaging in the area from birth. No matter how long she is away, returning is always like a big hug from a close friend’.
