Shannon Donnelly was everything you would want to have in a real estate agent. She was extremely thorough and knowledgeable of the area. She did deep dives into the properties for which we had requested information. She told us about positive aspects of properties, as well as pointed out things we had not considered that she had discovered through Google maps searches, city files, and other documentation. She responded to our questions for additional information very promptly and thoroughly. During the purchase negotiation process, she was very thorough. She made sure we were very clear about all the subjects and clauses that were contained in the contract. We do not hesitate to highly recommend Shannon Donnelly for your real estate needs. We certainly will use her services again should the need arise.
